Headaches, Migraines & Vertigo Relief

A Smarter Approach to Headaches, Migraines & Vertigo Relief

Tired of ongoing headaches, migraines or vertigo? These conditions can significantly impact your daily life—but they’re often linked to underlying musculoskeletal issues that can be effectively treated.

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy focuses on the muscles, joints, and nerves that may be contributing to your symptoms. Neck stiffness, poor posture, muscle tension, and joint dysfunction are all common factors in persistent headaches and dizziness.

At Pelvic Strength Physiotherapy, we take a thorough and personalised approach to assessment and treatment. By identifying the root cause of your symptoms, we can develop a targeted treatment plan that may include manual therapy, posture correction, strengthening exercises, and movement retraining.

Our goal is not just short-term relief – but long-term results that help you feel and function at your best.

Tired of ongoing headaches, migraines or vertigo?

Take the first step toward lasting relief with expert assessment and treatment.

What Is Mastitis?

Mastitis is the inflammation of blocked milk ducts in the breast. It may occur with or without infection and is commonly experienced during breastfeeding, particularly in the early weeks.

This condition can be extremely painful and distressing, often making feeding more difficult at a time when support is most needed.

Common Signs of Mastitis

You may be experiencing mastitis if you notice:

  • Breast pain or tenderness
  • Localised redness or warmth
  • Swelling or hardness in the breast
  • Flu-like symptoms (fever, body aches, fatigue)
  • Pain during breastfeeding

Early treatment is important to reduce discomfort and prevent symptoms from worsening.
