LAUREN WALKENHORST

Lauren graduated from Monash University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. Since then Lauren has worked in a variety of settings, primarily treating musculoskeletal clients.

Lauren has a passion for helping people achieve functional goals through hands-on treatment, exercise, and manual handling. In addition to her physiotherapy training, Lauren has completed her pilates and dry-needling training.

Since having children, Lauren has developed an interest and passion in women’s health and has continued her studies in this area.

When not at work, Lauren is busy with her three young children. She loves spending time outdoors, gardening, and when time allows, getting to the beach.

ZOE LIM

Postgraduate Certificate Physiotherapy (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy)

Zoe is a Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor who believes in taking a holistic approach to rehabilitation to help people get back to feeling their best. She strives to achieve a balance of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education in her sessions but believes in tailoring her treatment to ensure the best outcome for each patient. 

Zoe also has a passion for women’s health with a focus on keeping women healthy and active throughout their lifespan as well as extensive experience in leading prenatal and mums and bubs pilates classes.

In her spare time, she likes to keep a healthy balance of staying fit and active and vegging out on the couch with a good TV show.

NATALIE PARHAM

Nat has been conducting pilates classes at the Pelvic Strength Physiotherapy clinic for many years and will continue running classes in 2024. She is a passionate clinician who enjoys getting the best health and fitness outcomes from her class attendees.

KATIE STANIFORTH

Katie, a 2012 Physiotherapy graduate, worked in various settings in England before moving to Australia. She specialises in rehabilitation post-illness and injury.

Katie has developed a keen interest in women’s health, undertaking further training in pregnancy and post-partum exercise. Since 2021, she has been teaching Pilates at Pelvic Strength Physiotherapy.

In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, reading, and spending time with her new family.

KIMBERLEY DICKSON

Kim graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from The University of Melbourne in 2014. After gaining experience in various settings, she found her passion in continence and women’s health physiotherapy and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Women’s Health) at Curtin University.

Regular exercise plays a pivotal role in Kim’s personal and professional philosophy, and she enjoys helping clients achieve their goals enabling them to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.

The ocean is her happy place and she enjoys surfing and swimming. She is a mother of two young boys, hoping to instill in them a love for the outdoors and physical activity.
