Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Honours Physiotherapy, Manchester Metropolitan University UK
  • Certificate in Matwork Pilates
  • Certificate in Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates
  • Certificate in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise by Dr Sarah Duvall 
  • Certificate in Pilates and the Pelvic floor

Special interests:

  • Safe and effective exercise throughout a woman’s life including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

With over a decade of experience in physiotherapy, Katie has established a distinguished career across the public healthcare sectors of both England and Australia. She currently works at Eastern Health specialising in rehabilitation post-illness and injury. Driven by a deep passion for women’s health, Katie has pursued advanced training in pregnancy and postpartum exercise. Since 2021, she has been teaching Pilates at Pelvic Strength Physiotherapy, helping individuals gain strength and confidence through movement.

In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, reading, and spending time with her family.
