 Nikki Casini is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who is passionate about teaching people the importance of food and nutrition and how it can impact on their health. After completing five and a half years of study at Deakin University, she is equipped with the most up-to-date, evidenced-based nutrition knowledge and skills, which she successfully incorporates into her dietetic consultations.

 Nikki also works as a clinical dietitian in the acute hospital setting at Eastern Health, where she nutritionally assesses and provides counseling patients who are suffering from various diseases and conditions. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys cooking up a storm as well as eating out and experiencing different cuisines.
