• Chronic disease prevention and management, including diabetes, and cardiovascular, liver, and kidney disease

• Coeliac disease
• Disability (psychological and physical) and neurodiversity (ASD and ADHD), including restrictive eating patterns and irregular mealtime habits

Yasmin is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist who graduated from Deakin University. Passionate about empowering individuals, she takes a collaborative and client-centred approach to care. Yasmin customises each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes to help them achieve their health goals. 

Committed to making a positive impact, Yasmin works with a diverse range of age groups and takes the time to understand each client’s personal circumstances. By creating a supportive, empathetic environment, she helps clients build confidence and knowledge, empowering them to make informed decisions about their nutrition and overall health.

Outside of work, Yasmin enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
