• Antenatal and Postnatal musculoskeletal injuries (pregnancy-related Pelvic Girdle Pain, lower back and hip pain during/after pregnancy)
• Lower back and neck issues
• Shoulder injuries; particularly rotator cuff pathology
• Upper Cervical Spine; Headaches, Vertigo
• Post-surgical rehabilitation, Joint replacement, shoulder surgery

With over a decade of experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, and emergency physiotherapy, Simon brings a wealth of expertise to his practice.

For the past six years, he has divided his work between a dynamic sports physiotherapy clinic and the Pelvic Strength Physiotherapy Clinic, he has established a strong network of referrers and a trusted team of specialist health professionals to help him achieve the best outcome for his patients.

Simon has a passion for treating musculoskeletal conditions both in the sporting and ante/postnatal patient care. He is currently completing his specialisation in upper cervical spine disorders focusing on headaches, vertigo, dizziness, and neck pain.

Beyond his profession, Simon loves hanging out with his young children and is an outdoor enthusiast and dedicated sports fan who stays active through surfing, swimming, and running.
