With over 20 years of experience in Continence and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy across both public and private sectors, Judy brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Her early career in Developmental Paediatric Physiotherapy, along with her training and teaching in yoga, has shaped her approach to care.

Judy finds her work in pelvic health rewarding. Training in Trauma Release Exercises and the impact of trauma on health and wellbeing has, along with life experience, helped her develop a deeper holistic approach to her work and her life.

Continuing to use yoga and related practices in addition to Pilates, Judy also enjoys walking and gardening in order to maintain fitness and quality of life. With her daughter living in England, the arrival of a beautiful granddaughter has made travel a joyful addition to her life.
