At Pelvic Strength Physiotherapy our aim is to empower women to return to exercise safely after having a baby.

The session is run by an experienced Pelvic Strength Physiotherapist, in a small group setting at Pelvic Strength Croydon.

Returning to High-Impact Exercise

  • Essential core and pelvic floor strengthening exercises to prevent injury.

Who Can Attend?

These sessions are open to all new mums, between 4-16 weeks postntal, whether you have had a vaginal birth or C-section.

Babies are very welcome, so feel free to bring them along! You’ll receive professional guidance on restoring your body’s strength in a safe and supportive environment.

Wrap-Up:

Each session will conclude with Question Time over a cuppa, giving you the chance to ask any personal questions, connect with other mums, and chat with our clinicians in a relaxed setting.
