With 44 years of physiotherapy experience, 20 of them dedicated to pelvic health, Liana began her career in London, spending a decade there before relocating to Melbourne in 1983. Her work spans both public and private sectors, including two decades as a director of the Private Physiotherapy Department at Knox Private Hospital. In 2008, she founded Pelvic Strength Physiotherapy in Croydon.

Liana has contributed to postgraduate education through tutoring at the University of Melbourne’s Continence and Pelvic Floor Course and continues to mentor junior clinicians at Pelvic Strength Physiotherapy. Liana is extremely passionate about creating a dynamic, nurturing workplace at Pelvic Strength Physiotherapy whilst creating an empathetic, holistic approach to patient care. Liana’s passion is treating patients using evidence-based treatment strategies.

Outside of her practice, Liana has 6 grown-up children and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, family time, traveling, and catching up with friends.
