  • 100HR Pre & Post-Natal Yoga Teacher Certification
  • Grad Dip Arts Therapy MIECAT
  • Professional Yoga Workshops with internationally renowned teachers such as Kaustub Desikachar, Donna Farhi, Richard Miller, and Angela Farmer
  • Massage Training in Swedish, Therapeutic, Thai and Bodywork
  • Zen Buddhism and Mindfulness Meditation retreats ranging from 10 days to 3 months.

I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years and have experienced the benefits of yoga with the pregnancy and labour of my son – my last of 3 children. This is one of the reasons I first started teaching yoga, it literally changed my life.

 I know how yoga can help us cope with the physical, mental and emotional issues that may arise while pregnant. I hope you will find my classes informative, while stretching, strengthening and relaxing the body and mind. Helping you to become more  aware of your changing bodies during pregnancy, giving you tools to help with labour and help to get you back into shape after your pregnancy.
